My version of the Sienna Dress

I was so excited to have the opportunity to test this pattern for Ashley over at LilBlueBoo. I really love the first two of her patterns that I was able to test, the recycled skort I made Lucy and the recycled t-shirt halters I made the girls and couldn't wait to try this one.

It is perfect for fall and winter wear- which the girls actually need for a change.

I didn't recycle t-shirts on this version, but used some knits in my stash instead. I've been dying to use this little mushroom/tree thingy print from Wal Mart. I just fell in love with it, but thought I was a little old to pull it off. The red and white polka dot is from Mom's sewing room and the green is left over from my t-shirt.

The gnome is from Lynnie Pinnie- isn't she adorable! I think gnomes are probably 'sooo last season' but I don't care. I never got to make anything with them last year and I still think they're cute! I also added a little mushroom to the top bodice and it's from Lynnie Pinnie, too. The same one I put on my t-shirt. I just love that little mushroom!!!

and of course, she had to have a bow...

If you like this pattern, why don't you go over to Ashley's blog and try to win one.
You'll love it.
