An apron set for a sweetie pie

This is a little set that I made for a family friend. It was sooooo fun to make and I was sooo excited when I found this awesome fabric for it. Of course I had to buy some other fabrics while I was shopping. This one and this one. I LOVE LOVE LOVE them.

I didn't use any sort of pattern on this apron (which is why I made two of them) I wanted to make sure I liked it before I sold it. Boo's is really happy cause I'll probably just give the other one to her.

The pie applique is from planet applique and the potholder and oven mitt designs are from Sewing for Sarah. I use those all the time! The heart appliques are from Designs by Juju and the font was a freebie from sewforum. I love that font

Here is the little set I made for my customer- they call the little girl Sloanie Pie.
How cute is that?

and here are the little accessories to go with it... my favorite part!

Here is the first one I made... Boos wants it soooo bad. I wrote Sweetie Pie on this one... cute, cute, cute.

and of course, oven mitt and potholder for this one, too. I used a washcloth for the back of the pot holder and LOVE how it came out!

What do you think???

I'm heading to the fabric store with my Mom... could anything be better than that?

... I don't think so.

Except possibly mandarin orange spice muffins... but I already made and ate those this morning. It's gonna be a good day.
