My little misfits!

Okay.... are you ready for a TON of pictures???

I've had this fabric in my stash for a couple of years and never knew what to make with it. I've also had these great appliques from Tigerlilyhill embroidery on ebay (the same place I got my favorite owl from) and have never used them. I planned on making a tree skirt with them... but it's still on the to-do-list.

Christmastime is just so busy!!! But I vowed to make these outfits this year... and Yea! I got them done!

I didn't use a pattern for the skirts- just winged it... I mean, it's just some rectangles sewed together- you can't really go wrong. I did make them pretty huge, though, so they can get two years wear out of them.

The shirts are just ready to wear from Target- also huge.

and the bows are just my favorite part!!! I love them sooo much.

They both wanted the spotted elephant... but I made Lucy pick the doll- I know. I should have let her pick what she wanted... but, eh... so what. The doll is soooo cute and she loves it now! She just had to see it to appreciate it.

Ella insisted on wearing her shirt tucked in... even though I thought it looked stupid.... you can't tell that girl anything. Then of course Lulu wanted hers in, too, whatever... I'm used to them ganging up on me. It certainly won't be the last time.

.... lot's of work to do. Wish Dad Happy Birthday- check. Dishes- check. Cinnamon sugar muffins made- check. Blogged- check. E-mail- check. Watched the Grinch on repeat all morning- check.

Made the thousands of things for Christmas.... no.
Gotta get to work!

Happy Birthday Dad! I love you.

I so know what you mean. I have a ton of cute Christmas prints in my closet, and never know what to do with them. Next year she will be ready to wear skirts, and I cannot wait. Cut job on the skirts.
