okay... I'm officially obsessed

I read book one in less than 24 hours, book two in even less, and I am now debating over.... cleaning the house a little, putting away the clothes that have been washed and folded but not put away yet, sewing a little (I still haven't done my decades challenge this week).... or
just diving into book three without regards to any of that...

I do have this coming from Netflix tomorrow. I'm excited about that.

I know if I start the third... I won't do any of the above.

I haven't decided yet.

But I did decide to give you guys a couple more days to send me your pictures and urls for what you sent to the benefit.

and don't worry- I might be neglecting the housework, but not the kids.
Here they are enjoying our new pool, while I'm sitting in the shade reading.

Summertime at it's best.

Book three and four aren't as good. So it won't be as bad.

Go for it!!!! I haven't read any of them yet, or seen any of the movies. I tend to be one that waits till the fever is over and then knock em out all at once. House work will always keep, and I am sure the kiddos would rather be out than being asked to help pick-up, LOL!

I'm the wrong one to ask, because I AM obsessed, but book 3 is the absolute best of all four. Seriously, The. Best. So much more character development, a couple laugh out loud moments, and of course all the love triangle drama. I've read it like 4 times and I'm not ashamed.

Cherish this moment, because you can only read it for the first time once. ok, now go! Stop reading this comment!

oh, and ps: the movies are crap. the acting is excruciating. but obviously you still have to watch them, for curiosity's sake, if anything. Here's hoping movie #3 comes anywhere near the book :)

I'm not a Twi-Mom diehard, but I do love the books. And, who's kidding... that Robert Pattison is QUITE handsome. The movies were not heinous. No Oscars or the like, but entertaining. YOu really need to read the books, though, b/c the movies leave out so much. If you've finished Twilight, you REALLY REALLY REALLY need to go to stepheniemeyer.com (I think that's her site. If not, do a google search) and read the first 12ish chapters of Midnight Sun. It's the retelling of Twilight from Edward's perspective. AWESOME! YOu can also read that new Bree Tanner book for FREE on her site until July 6th. I didn't care about her SUPER brief appearance in Eclipse that much, so I skipped ahead until the scenes with the Cullens appeared. VERY enlightening.

Yes, I have read them all! Great books that my DD got me into. No joke, I was getting my hair cut a few weeks ago, and Stephenie Meyer was in the seat NEXT to me... She lives in the same city I do. I texted my DD and she was freaking out!
