Some Christmas stuff

I didn't get as much done as I wanted.
I never do.

But this Christmas, I got sick right when I got to my parents house.
It was a real bummer and totally knocked me out in addition to ruining all my handmade gift plans.... but what'cha gonna do?

At least I got the pajamas done. That was the one thing I REALLY wanted to accomplish.

I seriously think Mr. Cole is cuter in these pajamas than I've ever seen him.
He had serious doubts about the fabric... but hey, beggars can't be choosers.
I needed almost 10 yards of fabric and I got this for about $3 a yard.

I also managed to make W and his best bud matching shirts for school.
William is all the sudden, really into shirts with his name on it.....sigh.
What we do for our kids.

This is him at his school Christmas party.

And his best bud.

And the two crazy kids together.
Aren't they cute?

I used this adorable dog applique from Planet Applique and the font is Grinched from 8clawsandapaw.

I also managed some quick outfits for the girls to wear to a Tea Party with Mrs. Claus at our local library.

They really had fun!

I made Lucy a little YaYa apron to go over her red and white polka dot peasant dress that we use for this nursery rhyme outfit and the I love Lucy outfit.

The YaYa apron is so cute and easy to make. I really like this one with the Mrs. Claus applique by Lynnie Pinnie. I just LOVE Mrs. Claus.

Ella wanted this cute Santa applique like I put on one of Dillon's shirts.

And for the skirt, I went looking thru some online tutorials I've had bookmarked.
I've wanted to make this Market Skirt for a long time- so it was the one.
I really love how it turned out and I can't wait to make some more. They are soooo cute!

Ella LOVES the pockets.

I like the buttons... although it was nearly impossible to find matching green buttons in this town. I ended up buying a huge (overly priced) pack of Christmas buttons in reds and greens to find some that matched. Oh well.

I didn't have time to make W a cool outfit for the library, but he improvised and dressed up like Santa.
Is he not the cutest thing???

In his old man beard, Zorro gloves and cape, and Christmas shirt.

I love this kid.

Well... actually, they're all pretty great.

Don't you think?
