Out to lunch dress

I'm so glad Blogger is up and running again.
And that my post from Thursday is miraculously back....
That was weird!

This pattern is on sale, now, so I can finally show you my Out to Lunch Dress!

We probably won't go out to lunch....

but it's so cute, just the same!

Ella really, REALLY loves it. She helped pick all the fabrics.

The main fabric is a yellow and white polka dot chiffon that I got a million years ago. I made this skirt out it a couple years ago and still have a ton left.

She really loves the twirl and so do I... it drapes so nicely in that chiffon.

Plus, it's lightweight and perfect for summer.

I love this little picture and pose of her...

It reminds me of one of my favorite movies.

'... I can't stop, I like it. Take the picture, take the picture!"

We're actually watching it right now. I've got the girls hooked on it. They love, "Think Pink".
You should hear Lucy sing it..... adorable.

oh... and you know what else is adorable???

This headband.

In Happy Together tradition, I knew we had to have a cute headband and this is the first one I've made like that... and now I'm hooked. They are SO fun to make and wear. I keep stealing this one from Boo's. :)

I love this baby. kid. almost kindergartener... :(

I love this pattern, too, and so will you.
It's so easy to put together.
Jessica is giving a few away, so go check out her blog or facebook fan page for a chance to win!!!

Sorry about the lack of posts... Blogger was down, my computer has been acting funny, and I was finishing up a really good book.

I'll try to be better about posting this week. I have a TON of things to show you.
Plus, I should be getting my new scanner this week- so I can share some patterns with you! yea.

So cute!! Love the dress AND the headband!! Did you use a tutorial for the headband? Is the headband stretchy or is it a plastic headband?
